Pink Moscato Panna Cotta
This cool and easy recipe is fun to enjoy as a party snack!
Featuring: Bubbly Pink Moscato
Servings: 6+ Prep Time: 5 to 15 mins Cook Time: 4+ hrs
Ingredients
- 220mL Whipping cream
- 200mL Milk
- 100mL Barefoot Pink Moscato Bubbly
- 50mL Water
- 90g Sugar
- 15g Gelatin powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- Strawberry
Directions
- Mix the gelatin powder with water. Melt it in a double boiler.
- In a pot, add whipping cream and milk. Cook until simmer on medium heat. Add sugar and cook until melts.
- Add Barefoot Pink Moscato Bubbly, gelatin powder mixture, vanilla extract and mix well. Pour into moulds.
- Refrigerate for 4-5 hours or until set.
- Slice the strawberry and place on the panna cotta to garnish. Ready to serve.
