Pink Moscato Panna Cotta

This cool and easy recipe is fun to enjoy as a party snack!

Featuring: Bubbly Pink Moscato

Servings: 6+ Prep Time: 5 to 15 mins Cook Time: 4+ hrs


  • 220mL Whipping cream
  • 200mL Milk
  • 100mL Barefoot Pink Moscato Bubbly
  • 50mL Water
  • 90g Sugar
  • 15g Gelatin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Strawberry


  1. Mix the gelatin powder with water. Melt it in a double boiler.
  2. In a pot, add whipping cream and milk. Cook until simmer on medium heat. Add sugar and cook until melts.
  3. Add Barefoot Pink Moscato Bubbly, gelatin powder mixture, vanilla extract and mix well. Pour into moulds.
  4. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours or until set.
  5. Slice the strawberry and place on the panna cotta to garnish. Ready to serve.
