Moscato Mixed Berries Popsicle
Popsicles may be a perfect summer treat but these Sparkling Pops are perfec-TOE year round!
Featuring: Bubbly Pink Moscato
Servings: 4 Prep Time: 5 to 15 mins Cook Time: 2+ hrs
Ingredients
- 300ml Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato
- 3 Strawberries
- 15g Blackberries
- Filling Ingredients:
- Halve the strawberries and Raspberries
- Blueberries
Directions
- Place the strawberries and blackberries in a blender, blitz to a purée. Add about 2 tbsp. purée in Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato and slightly mix well.
- Fill the popsicle mold half full with the Moscato mixture and add the berries you like. Let it freeze for an hour.
- Then fill the rest of the mold with the Moscato mixture and berries again. Freeze for another hour.
- Insert the popsicle stick and let them freeze overnight.
